Seren Basic Edition gives you the full power of profile customisation and voice dictation, in addition to outgoing SMS and Export to Word. Create up to ten new client profiles a month per user subscription and receive 20 SMS credits a month per user subscription. Add Bolt-ons that never expire, at any time. Seren Basic Edition does not include groups, enquiry management, mobile access, action plans or stars. If managing drop-in services, goal setting or outcomes monitoring is important for you, consider Seren Standard Edition. Available on monthly or annual subscription. |

Seren Standard EditionFor larger teams of up to 25 managing a drop-in advice service or delivering one-to-one support involving goal setting through action plans. If you perform outcomes monitoring like CORE or SWEMWBS, or use your own star-like measuring tools, consider Seren Premium Edition.
